Our offering is expertly curated from the best luxury fashion around the globe. All the brands we carry are 100% authentic. 

Your purchase will be dispatched in its original packaging, including all tags and dust bags (if applicable).

Are all the merchandise brand new?

Everything you purchase from 1819 Lusso is brand new. Before your order is dispatched to you, our in-house professionals work diligently to ensure no item is damaged or tampered with.                                                               


Does 1819 Lusso have a retail shop?

1819 Lusso has a showroom in Singapore, displaying a selected number of merchandise. To give you the best shopping experience, visits to our showroom is strictly by appointment only. Please contact our Customer Care for more information.


How do I place my order?

Ordering on 1819 Lusso is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the ADD TO CART button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked to select your payment method and card information.

Please note: We do not accept cash on delivery or installments as payment.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Care as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that sold-out items will be restocked. To be notified when a sold-out item becomes available again, or if there is something special you saw and can no longer find on the site, write to us at customerservice@1819lusso.com and we’ll see what we can do for you.


How will my items be packaged?

All of 1819 Lusso’s orders will be carefully packaged in our exclusive protective box (if appicable), sealed with our quality-assured stamp, to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Additional branded items such as dust bags will be included if provided by the designer.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items. Please return your merchandise within 15 days.

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags, in the same condition as when it was received. Sales items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
